How I work
really
A human-centred approach that produces concrete results

The 4 pillars of my approach
Listening before spreadsheets
I start by listening to you authentically. Not with a pre-formatted questionnaire or a generic brief, but with genuine curiosity to understand your frustrations, your ambitions, your unspoken constraints. That's where the real needs hide, not in a list of technical functionalities.
Spontaneous exploration
A walk in your neighbourhood, a coffee in your workspace or a relaxed video call - the environment that inspires you is where we'll explore possibilities. Without strict rules or rigid agenda, we let ideas emerge that truly resonate with your vision.
Immersion in your universe
I spend time observing how you and your team actually work, not how you think you work. My multi-sector field experience allows me to quickly identify the tacit needs that even you might ignore, and to design solutions that integrate naturally into your ecosystem.
Feedback as a compass
Your doubts, questions and suggestions are welcomed at any time during the process, not just during scheduled 'progress meetings'. This continuous feedback loop allows us to constantly adjust trajectory, rather than discovering a major misalignment at final delivery.
The result?
This approach produces solutions that are not only technically sound, but integrate organically with your way of working. We thus avoid the classic syndrome of the 'beautiful site that serves no purpose' or the 'app that nobody uses'.
